Comment: I am purchasing the residence at 375 Beech Plains Road in Buxton. During our inspection, the inspector identified that the house needs a new roof (shingles.) No leakage has been detected. I need a price to show the current owner so we may continue negotiations. Also, I discovered that the shingles are the subject of a class action lawsuit because they are defective - the owner may be able to collect from either the company who sold the shingles or become a part of the class action suit. Either way, the roof needs repairing and since you are close to the house, I thought I could start with a quote from you. We do plan on getting the roof repaired by closing, which is June 1st.
