Comment: 50 y/o. ONe stroke 2 yrs ago with a minor since. Has siezures on meds for it. Controls bowel but unable to walk at this time so wears a diaper. She has no use of left hand but can use right hand. Legs are weak due to very little therapy in rehab but there is a chance with therapy maybe able to use legs. She can feed herself and eats like a bird. Has some short term memory loss however when not on antibiotics she is coherent and mental able to care for herself. If meds for seizures are not given ona timely basis may have a seizure.
