Comment: I have an old patio covering that was originally built very poorly. The original patio cover was just attached to the fascia and has started pulling away from the house. It also only has corrugated fiberglass for the "roofing", and that has fallen apart as well. It needs to be removed and replaced with a new patio cover. Ideally, the new patio would be properly attached to the framing of the house, and I would like the top to be shingled to match the current roof of the house. I am also interested in quotes on painting the entire exterior of the house. I have 65% brick, and 35% siding/trim. The quote would include: - cleaning (brick, siding, and trim) - repairing the fascia and trim as needed - re-caulking/sealing everything - and then painting (brick & siding = 1 color, trim = 2nd color).
