Comment: I have a garage which a shed was attached to before i owned this place. The roofs are composite,a nd are in good condition. Where the higher garage attaches to the lower shed there is a vertical piece of siding that needs to be replaced. I have photos/sketches if it is possible to attach these I will--. The junction between the garage and shed is flashed, which i was told (by a roofer who looked at the leak) should be preserved and incorporated into repair. The rotten T-111 can be replaced with T-111, or other suitable durable material; Access to area is easy by getting on the gentle shed roof, and from the inside of the garage as there is not sheetrock.
