Comment: The exterior stucco of my house has quite a few cracks that run either vertically or "stair step" up the walls. There are also some loose chunks and the area below some of the upper level windows needs repair. The stucco on my detached garage is also cracked about 12-16 inches above ground level, because the stucco goes all the way to the ground. The previous owner painted the stucco, so there is peeling and flaking paint as well.
