Comment: Two Velus TPS-2 operating skylights -- approximatly 27 yrs old, but maintained and in VERY GOOD condition. Problelem: Glazing seal has failed -- and the window from the inside is filled with white streaks and spots. (the usual for a failed multi-pane glass unit.) Glass size (meaasured from OUTSIDE and verifyed by Velux) is the following: 24 1/2 x 46 31/32. Per Velus, the 31/16/32 seconds can be rounded up. Thus glass pane size could also be 24 /1/2 x 47. Thus, I'd like prices for Laminated and Tempered glass -- both the material and labor (please specify each). Velux recommends using Dow Corning #1199 caulk as one sealing material.. Although the TPS-series are no longer made by Velux -- they are a very good design. Removing the sash is much easier than most -- because this sash can be rotated for cleaning. Please do not waste your or my time calling if your initial intent is to replace the entire window;with a new one (VS-M08). I am interested in replacing glazing

Comment: Two Velux TPS-2 operable sklylights/roof windows. Glazing seal between each of the two (double glazed low E panels have becoe unsealed and the area between the two panes of glass on each looks terrible (white grey colored condensate which is wedged between panels...Each glazing panel needs replaced or resealed (If this is a practical or possible option).
