Comment: Hello, We contracted to have a new liner put in our in-ground pool with a company called Backyard Escapes in Sanford. We live in Apex every close to New Hill. It has become apparent that the company I gave a $4,200 deposit has decided to default on our contract and leave us with a big empty hole in our backyard! He did do some concrete repair and remove the old liner. However, he has left us high and dry. Our BIG problem is that we are planning a wedding ceremony on June 16th centered around the new pool! Can/would you please help? We have exhausted all other possibilities. We did contact "Five on Your Side" but this will not get us any closer to having a new pool in time for the wedding.
