Comment: approx 350 sq feet - I have already purchased the tile - 18 inch porcelain - some prep is needed for the floor prior to install - the floor previously had carpet, which has been removed, so will need some prep - there is not much glue from the carpet. This project is in the basement, which is dry. The concrete slab is in very sound condition with only minor (normal, small) cracks . The room is basically square with mostly inside corners. No under tile heating is desired. Floor is very flat.
