Comment: I need someone to service my water softening system installed by Culligan 10 years ago. Culligan has become too large, too unreliable and very impersonal in their "service" department. Although I replace salt and filters myself on a regular basis, I need someone to check the system overall...ASAP!!! It is not backwashing even though it indicates that it is in "regen" mode.
