Comment: My name is Jennifer and I work for Architects Associated Inc. in Dayton, Ohio. We have currently been hired by Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority to fix up their existing properties. One of the properties is located in Hamilton, Ohio and has had water damage to the basement. It currently has stone foundations. There is one wall that seems to be damp, and when taking a look outside, the homes are so close approximately 24"-36" apart from the neighbor. There is standing water between the two homes. How would we go about fixing the water problem in the basement and could it be possibly coming from the standing water between the homes? If so, how can you fix that? Thanks.
