"Ok, then I had Gavin Mosby and crew come out to fix and install a light fixture in the ceiling. had issues with the wiring, I told Gavin what the issue was and he checked it out and told me what was really wrong with the wiring. He got right on it and fix the wiring (rewired) and installed the ceiling light. Friendly curious and knowledgeable, I truly believe he is an honest businessman, gave me a quote, and charged me less. "I highly recommend Brian for any electrical repair needs. He is very responsive and arrived within the planned 30 minute window. He really knows his stuff! He carefully analyzed each issue: non-working outside lights, non-working doorbell, and a light switch that needed to be replaced. He then offered a very reasonable estimate. As he proceeded to fix each item, he was able to reassess the situation and provide an even more cost effective solution! He readily explained the work he was doing and made a few trips to the local home repair store to pick up the right items for the repairs. (He has good taste in doorbell decor!) He completed the projects quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. "I hired J&J to replace a functional but poorly designed existing water heater with a new Stiebel Eltron Accelera Heat Pump Water Heater. The work was done very well and the new heater works much much better than the old. A few days after the install, I had a slight drip from the expansion tank connection, but they were able to come out and fix it with no hassle. A really good experience overall."

"Rick was in touch within 24 hours of submitting a request for a quote and scheduled time that worked with our schedule to complete the quote in person. The quote was reasonable and within our budget so we confirmed and scheduled the work within a week of getting the quote (the work included installing 2 bathroom exhaust fans, replacing a GFCI outlet from a 2 to 4 outlet setup, adding a double switch for the newly installed fan, replacing a light fixture in a shower stall, and adding an outlet to a hall closet). The electrician doing the work, Ryan, arrived early on the scheduled work day, but wasn't able to complete everything the same day (there was a scheduling issue with having a second electrician join partway through to assist - it was the day before Thanksgiving). Ryan returned early the following week to complete the rest of the work and we weren't charged a second trip fee for the return visit to complete. The final cost was exactly what we were quoted and everything is in good working order and exactly what we requested. I would use Accurate Electric again for any other electrical work as their response was prompt, pricing was reasonable, and the job was done well."
