Marianne Cusato is HomeAdvisor's Housing Expert on topics relating to architecture, design, and homebuilding trends and a Professor of the Practice at University of Notre Dame's School of Architecture. Recently selected by Fortune Magazine as one of the Top Women in Real Estate, Cusato is a designer, author, and lecturer whose work speaks to the ever-changing needs of homeowners striving to balance the practical requirements of economy and durability with the desire to love where we live. Cusato and her work are frequently featured in the media including The New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post and CBS This Morning. She is internationally renowned for her design of the Katrina Cottage, the author of two books: "The Just Right Home" and "Get Your House Right", and a blogger for the Huffington Post.

Leigh Gallagher

Assistant Managing Editor at Fortune, Moderator

Leigh Gallagher is an Assistant Managing Editor at Fortune and a co-chair of the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Most Powerful Women Next Gen Summit, and Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Women's Mentoring Partnership. She is also the host of Fortune Live, Fortune's weekly business show. Leigh is a seasoned business news commentator, speaker and moderator, and author of "The End of the Suburbs: Where the American Dream is Moving", which has been described as a “first-rate social history,” a “steel fist in a velvet glove,” and “fascinating reading on changing trends in how and where we live.” Before joining Fortune in 2007, Leigh was a senior editor at SmartMoney magazine and a writer for Forbes.

Marty Bell

Executive Director, National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC)

Marty Bell is the Executive Director of National Aging in Place Council, the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications for NRMLA, he is the editor of Tax Credit Advisor, the author of two novels and four non-fiction books and the producer of more than 20 shows on Broadway.

Duo Dickinson

Architect, Designer, author and radio host

Duo Dickinson’s work has received more than 30 awards since he opened his own architectural practice in 1987. His design work has been published in more than 70 publications including The New York Times, Architectural Record, and House Beautiful. He is the architecture critic for the New Haven Register and is a feature writer for the Hartford Courant media group. His blog, Saved By Design has received over 75,000 hits in the last few years. Dickinson has written seven books, including The Small House, Expressive Details and The House You Build. Additionally, he co-hosts the radio series “Home Page” with Binnie Klein on WPKN Radio and has appeared on a variety of national broadcast programs. Dickinson is the co-founder of The Congress of Residential Architecture (CORA), has taught at Yale College and Roger Williams University and sits on seven not-for-profit boards.

Tom Kamber

Founder & Executive Director, Older Adults Technology Services (OATS)

Tom Kamber is an award-winning social entrepreneur, educator and activist who has created new initiatives in aging, technology, affordable housing and the arts. Tom teaches social entrepreneurship and philanthropy at Columbia University, has published widely in academic journals and speaks regularly at local, national, and international conferences. Tom is a member of the Aging Working Group of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, and also serves on the New York City Mayor’s Broadband Task Force, the Age-Friendly New York Commission, and the New York State Broadband Advisory Council. His work has been featured widely in the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, and The Today Show, and in 2014 he won the PR Week award for Community Relations Campaign of the Year. Tom is a co-founder and board member of the nonprofit Afro-Latin Jazz Alliance, which has won multiple Grammy awards, and is fluent in Spanish.

Lawrence Yun

Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research, National Association of Realtors (NAR)

Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR).  He oversees and is responsible for a wide range of research activity for the association including NAR’s Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report.  He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends for its 1 million REALTOR members. Dr. Yun creates NAR’s forecasts and participates in many economic forecasting panels, appears regularly on financial news outlets, is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences throughout the United States, and has testified before Congress. USA Today in 2008 listed him among the top 10 economic forecasters in the country and he has been named among the Most Influential Real Estate Leaders by INMAN News over the past several years.
