Project: Trim or Remove Shrubs

I hired NBL for their bush trimming services. After the job was done i noticed that there were patches throughout the bushes after the trimming was done. I spoke to the manager, he came out & said everything looked fine. I left it alone because it wasn't too noticeable. But 2-3 weeks after the job was done & the buds from bushes started to sprout it became really noticeable how poorly done the trimming was done. Not only are there lots of uneven patches in the bushes but there are many dead branches that were left over due to poor clean up. My bushes look horrible & not sure when patches will even out or grow again. Very Disappointed.

Response by New Beginnings Landscaping, LLC: The shrubs (Yews) are very old (20+years). When you trim to much off, you are left with nothing but the woody branches. This is unavoidable and was explained to Mr. O. We even offered him a $ 50.00 off of his next service. This is his first house, and is is unfamiliar with the growing habits of old shrubbery.

We hired New Beginnings Landscaping to install front porch and retaining wall. We are extremely happy with this company. They provided reasonable pricing, good craftmanship, and excellent turnaround. I am especially thankful to Harry for his patience and expertise in addressing many of our questions and actively keeping us posted of the project progress. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

The quality was great and initial service great as well. We did have a torential downpour immediately after the job was done and Brian agreed to come back and re-seed an area but never came back as promised.
