The two men who responded to our call were ending their day,but were on their way home so they stopped by. They found the problem with our fridge and had it fixed within an hour. They were very professional and we'd hire them again for any appliance work.

The repair tech was great and personable, explained what was wrong and what parts were needed he did a great job and represented his company very well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone to anyone that asked. 👍

Fridge had stopped working and they came same day, even a bit early. Technician was great and quick and explained everything. They are my go-to repair team moving forward. Highly recommend .

Fast scheduling, although I did not like the service call fee $95. Great service though very professional and fast follow up repair appointment after having ordered the parts needed.

My water heater had a very slow leak at the top of the unit. The tech suggested replacing the whole unit. He gave me an estimate of $1500. I decided to go to Lowes to price a replacement and the sales pro there tolded me a $10 part was all I needed just from a picture on my phone I showed him. I bought the part and it fixed the issue.
