A1 arrived timely. Diagnosed the issues we were having to a malfunctioning stove and dishwasher. The technician clearly identified the issues and provided a reasonable repair estimate. Repairs were performed to estimate. I will gladly use them again.

Experienced team came at the agreed time. They quickly found the problem and had spares in their Van for my GE Refrigerator. I could decide if buying the Spare part (which includes installation, shipping charges and includes installation warranty) through them, or get it online and do it myself. I could have saved some $$s, but decided to let A1 do the job in case it was "something else". The team was very courteous and knowledgeable..

Turned out to be an easy fix. If I was more familiar with the appliance I could have done it myself. Oh well, live an learn. Repairman was in and out in 10 minutes. We were charged the minimum service charge amount but repairman gave us advice on how to avoid the problem going forward whcih was nice of him.

Even though the new part was availalbe in 2 days from 3 suppiers online, it took a week and that was only after we called home advisor to complain. A1 received the part the day after we complained. The accountablility is unclear since when we called A1 about progress, they did not know anything. They had to talk to the tech. It is a poorly managed operation. Also when the tech installed the part, he said it was not totally fixing the problem and he needed to order another part (he had warned us that was a possibility). Luckily my husband had read up on the installation of the board and guided the tech through programing. It then worked.
