Jim called first so he got the gig since I had water leaking. It was an early Saturday morning. He showed up ASAP. Checked out the issue - went and purchased quality parts - and did the install. I had a completed DIY element to the fix and he double-checked our work and explained the places where it was not quite right. I would hire Jim again and would not hesitate to tell others to use him!

Service was prompt and effective but the cost was high. He did go fix the toilet and disposal on Sunday but did not on our call say he woudl have to charge a higher fee for Sunday. I would use him again.
