Project: Inspect a Home
Chris found several major repairs that would have gone unnoticed by us. Chris was happy to explain as he thoroughly evalulated the prospective property. Chris's HVAC colleague quickly and easily determined that the furnace was in need of an expensive and critical repair. Chris also explained how and why there was and will continue to be roof leakage. We decided that the daunting list of expensive repairs, combined with the uncooperative and delusional home owner was not going to work out for us. In conclusion, we are very happy to have had Chris forwarn us of needed repairs. He did a great job

Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
Chris came to my house all prepared to look into my walls to check for mold. He saw my damage. He then said, he could do all the work by drilling in my walls and inspecting but judging by my damage, he didn't think the money was well spent. He made suggestions for self cleanup (asking me if I was willing to do my own work.) He also made suggestions, when we are ready to fix the damaged area, what best could be done. Chris was very professional. If there was a real need to look at problems closer, I am sure he would have suggested it.

It really didn't take long at all to get the samples!!! The person who did it was very nice!!!!!! He seemed to know what to do and what to look for!!!!!!! We are still waiting for our results and go from there!!!!!
