Quoted me $250 for a job that should have been less than $100. I said no, I would either find someone else or have the city come get it. He said he would lower it by $50, again I said no. He called me back to say he was close by, and what would I want to pay, I said I would pay $150 .... (I just wanted it gone)... He did come by and his helper (the guy that did all the work) was excellent! But, he would not take a check or card - I had to go to the bank and withdraw cash. Was not happy about that. There was no heavy material, concrete or bricks, only wood and drywall.

They were in constant communication with us and took care of our boxes within a timely manner. They knew that our POA would fine us if we left them on the driveway too long so they went the extra effort and picked them up on a Saturday night. We will certainly use them again.

We had an appointment for them to come and pick up our junk at 9AM. They were not here at 9 so I called them, it turned out that a woman had run a red light and hit the truck. It was a pretty bad accident yet we arranged for them to come by around 5 or 6PM later that day. A truck with different guys (the ones in the accident were slightly injured) arrived around 2:30 - 3PM and they really worked hard to get all the junk picked up as quickly as they could. I really appreciate a company that would work to satisfy someone that they had promised to do the work for them. I will definitely use them again. Well done AAA Cheap Trash Hauling.
