contacted us imediately- offered to send email contract - realized that i needed to pull contract off of web sight and called and left message to inform us immediately- when spoke on phone gave me detailed info on services with prices- set up service appt. - manager arrived 10 minutes early to meet/greet/explain analyze pool situation and crew arrived shortly after - service was excellent and manager of new accounts answered all questions, equipped to order all new parts that were needed to update management of pool- and i asked manager to follow up next appt. to make sure everything was done and had no problem coming back to assure new cust
