I felt the price was high for the service, especially since I provided all of the hardware and the new faucet. He arrived more than an hour after the appointment time. The work area wasn't cleaned up. He had to return the next day to finish the job and the area was again left unclean. My faucet works, I'm thankful for that, but the overall service was less than commendable.
