Both the Electrician and AC guys were professional and courteous. They came right away which was good because we had sold our home and we were trying to close.

Overall I have no complaints about the quality of work performed by the technician on-site. However I was extremely frustrated by the piece-meal approach to pricing. Every task was $200 . After 4.5 hours of labor and $40 in parts, my bill was $900. I dont mind paying a premium for experienced labor, but $200/hr to clean out AC units, add a breaker, and replace an outlet is extreme in my opinion. You would also think with that kind of money they'd wave the diagnostic fee of $100. So while I'm sure there is plenty of demand to warrant that kind of pricing, Ill be looking elsewhere in the future.
