Project: Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan
They said they would be here between 2 and 2:30. As my clock was chimeing 2:00 the doorbell rang. They quickly assesed the problem and told me I needed a new fan motor. THey had one on the truck, told me it would take 1 1/2 hours, so I told them to go ahead. In 1 1/2 hours they were there with the paper work to sign and were on their way. They were professional, neat, and courtous. GREAT JOB!

On time for both estimate and when we selected them for the job. Very clear estimate sent via email. On time for job, communicated clearly, friendly. Was professionally polite. Took the time to explain plan for the job. When unforeseen issues arose, provided a solution, clear explanation and cost. Extremely pleased with the work. Professional at a fair price.

A & R responded immediately to our phone call and were able to come out within a week and a half. They accomplished the first part of the job that day then made an appointment for the following week to do 2 assitional installations. I can't recommend them enough.

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring
I had a spa outdoor tub installed. The delivery was not scheduled until a Sunday but came on Friday afternoon. I called him Monday to see when he could get to me they showed at 9:00 am and installed the interior home work left and came back at 4:00 PM and completed the work. Did the caulking and was done at 6:00 PM so I could fill the spa tub that evening. Very hard working and would recommend them to all. Did a very professional job.

They were courteous and professional. They completed the project as outlined in a timely manner and communicated well during the planning phase. I am very happy with the end result. I would definitely hire them again in the future for any electrical projects.
