This was a very difficult job -- multiple trees including a large, old tree that was growing 50 feet over my house. Arthur had the crew, equipment and experience to get it done without risking damage to the building. They went the extra mile at every step and left no mess behind.

I have no problem with the workers, only with the owner, Arthur. He makes a very good 1st impression but the problems start once you hire him. At time of estimate he said he accepted all major credit card and could start in 4 days. It took 3 WEEKS for him to come out and then he pressured me to pay by check or cash, even demanding $500 deposit before even starting to cut down the trees. I found that His business address dosnt exsist and phone # is not in service, I found out when the check I sent him was returned by USPS. He and I both witnessed his workers dropping a tree limb on my shed and it took 3 weeks of hounding him to get it fixed. I will not hire him again.

They did a great job in removing the big tree for us, and they charge very reasonable money! They're very decent and hard working people.
