Norman, the repairman was excellent in every way: very friendly and professional and fast AND he had the replacement for the busted part in his truck outside! I think he was in and out in less than an hour. What a great experience. I chose ABC mainly because they were the ONLY place that answered their phone on a saturday but also for their straightforward "fix-it" plan. Norman was at the door 30 minutes after my initial call. Can't beat that! Every cent of the repair cost was worth it. ABC made a stressful situation simply go away. Poof. The unit (oven) has worked flawlessly since. CALL ABC. They rock.

Maytag washing machine I called Service Magic and they made ABC to call me. I got an appointment the next day. The service person Ray came on time and within 12-15 minutes fixed the Maytag washing machine that we bought 9 years ago (This was the first time for the past month we ever had a problem with it!). Fast, effective and courteous service. The cost of the drain pump when I checked online was $ 124 and I showed him the online price quote for the pump. I was charged (part+ labour+tax) $ 228. This is the charge after service magic discount. These guys are knowledgeble about the instrument they are working. I highly recommend ABC. KC
