They had no "actual" contract; only typed built new back porch; cost of labor and cost of materials. They used "greenwood" which was agreed upon; however I noticed no spacing on the top "deck". I believe their should be slighty spaced between boards... such as a penny inch nail? No risers were put into place and the steps themselves sagged slightly in the middle when stepped upon. They told me that is so rain and snow will be easier to deal with, as you can push it right off. I insisted on having risres just for the extra stability of the steps.

Peter disassembled my old bed and assembled the new one. I was pleased with his work. Nice guy, easy to work with.
