Four out of five windows required silicone around edges because the glass was not snug . Fiftth window perfect because the old window was used as a template. No silicone needed . Overall the job was a very good value and the installer and his helper were very courteous and professional ! They kept their appointments . Still recommended them to my neighbor for windows .

I had a broken window (glass only).They send someone the same day for an estimate (where other companies gave a flat fee estimate over the phone).Randy came to measure the same day to measure the window. I spoke to Anthony on the phone, answer right away .Could not come the following day to change the glass they came 2 days after and in the time they said.(did not have to wait forever!). the job was done neatly and within 30 minutes for a very reasonnable price of $173 .One thing though....still waiting for the invoice that was supposed to be sent by email.Would definitely recommand the company and work again with them if necessary

Regretfully, a mixed review. Estimator/installer a great guy, did good work (exception: putting duct tape on a painted wall to secure mirror while mastic dried; taking it off peeled paint that had to be repaired). Office confusion about installation date. 5 hrs. late arrival on the day. Second job offered (broken window) which was measured, agreed to, but never accomplished. Three successive days were arranged; mechanic never showed up, never called. I called each day and he assured me he was on his way. Window still broken. 5 stars= reasonable price, on time installation, good product. A&B are nice people but short on professionalism.

VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND THEY DID A VERY NICE AND NEAT JOB REPLACING GLASS IN MY WOODEN WINDOWS.
