HE DIAGNOSES THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND TOOK CARE OF IT EFFICIENTLY AND DID A GOOD CLEANUP AFTER GETTING DUST AND DEBRIES OUT OF THE VENTS.

Completed installation of new heating and air conditioning units in one day as promised. Wayne was very helpful and informative on product-purchased energy star Goodman products. E-mailed them after the install for info on rebates, had to call them-no reply. Follow up after sale a little slow, but the temp. was 19 degrees I'm sure they were very busy. Did provide all neccessary paperwork for rebates and a follow up inspection was done on the install.

They were very thorough and timely. Good price. They immediately sent out a technician in the snow and ice when I was having a problem programming my new touch screen thermostat. On the day of installation I came home to find my 64 year old light fixture in the hallway had been broken. At least I assume it was broken because it's not there, and no one told me about it or left me a note. I have informed the owner and am waiting to hear their response.

As soon as I requested a general service, which was late at night (>9 pm), they called immediately that same night, leaving a voicemail. They called back the next morning before I could call back and were very willing to set up an appointment that same day or the day after (same day as the snow storm). I was reluctant to commit to an appointment without doing additional research but the operator offered free advice to switch out the furnace filter first. This did the trick! Thanks, I'll use these guys again. My only complaint is that they charge for a trip out, even for an estimate.

I called Pro. Good communication. Held a technician available for my work after normal business hours at no additional fee. Technician found and corrected A/C leakage problem quickly and professionally. He even taught me how to fix it myself in the future. Good Dallas BBB rating. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Showed up a little late but replaced 17 year old unit and got my house cooling by that evening. Very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend their air duct cleaning also...top notch!
