He was round the corner and was prompt, but he needs to work on his customer service skills. He came off arrogant. He negatively criticised his competitor without as much as an interaction.

Project: Repair Drywall
Gerald arrived for a quote on time. He was shown what was required, and was told about the previous problems we had with contractors, and their poor workmanship. Geralds quote was fair, and he showed up as informed to begin work. The ceiling drywall was repaired quickly, and while drying, he began on the rear door. I am absolutely thrilled with the way repairs went.He fit everything correctly, and caulked/sealed where required. I would recommend ACS to anyone, and will be using him again for other projects

I was contacted immediately concerning the roofing problem. Gerald came out, evaluated what appeared to be missing shingles from the roof, replaced them, and reported the overall condition of the roof. A great job at a fair price!
