Project: Repair a Poured Concrete Wall
There was a little trouble with scheduling- they kept rescheduling, twice I waited and they didn't show up but it was fine and it worked out and they did a good job and I think it was something to do with the material.

Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
I hired ACS-Seattle, llc to install an underground drainage system and to replace a couple of ineffective downspouts. I also had an old concrete pathway resurfaced with new concrete. The second phase of this project was to repair the chimney, caulking the cracks on both sides of it to prevent water intrusion. ACS-Seattle's chief operations architect maintained communication with me during the project to answer any questions I had. This resulted in customer satisfaction. I would recommend ACS-Seattle to anyone who needs repair or construction work done. The price was right and I am very satisfied.
Response by ACS - Seattle, LLC: Our expertise and experience in foundation and water intrusion will give this client peace of mind knowing her brick chimney will not continue to pull away from her home. We employ licensed engineers to aid in assessing the ground conditions so we can make the proper corrections. This customer was pleased with the continued communication and responsiveness of our project manager and field staff.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
My experience with ACS was positive from beginning to end. I wanted to divide my garage into two spaces: a workshop and a pantry area. Gary (the owner) stopped by to talk with me about the project. He asked great questions and listened closely to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He generated a detailed estimate on the spot, and said that his crew could complete the work the very next day. The crew was friendly and efficient and the project turned out great. When I noticed that they had forgotten to include a couple of outlets that we had discussed, Gary sent one of his guys the very next day to take care of it.
Response by ACS - Seattle, LLC: This project required several trades to complete and we were able to finish the transformation of this garage to a pantry/workshop complete with proper lighting and power in one day. Customer is happy with his new space and sturdy work bench fitted to his liking.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Below average framing and drywall finish. Sometime.did not show-up on days or times promised. Little to no quality control or supervision of "union" works. Seemed more interested in getting paid than quality of work.
Response by ACS - Seattle, LLC: As you can see,from the overwhelming number of 4-5star reviews, we strive to make all customers happy. Some customers you just cannot make happy no matter how hard you try. This customer changed their mind several times during the process which required rescheduling the drywall subcontractors, causing delays. They delayed our work and later changed their mind and would not pay for the additional work. Any flaws were corrected as is normal in drywall work, customer decided to micromanage each day even before we had a chance to correct the work. Very difficult to work with plans that are not accurate and changes to work in mid stream.

Gary and the crew were a great pleasure working with. IWhen we need other work in the future Gary will be getting a call.
Response by ACS - Seattle, LLC: This was an unusually over-built foundation and took longer than expected to remove the concrete. Even with this unexpected obstacle we continued with the project and advised the clients of the additional time it would take to complete. In the end they were happy with the level of care we took to make sure they were happy with the outcome. Egress windows are a cost effective way to add additional bedrooms to your home.

professional. personable. affordable.

In addition we completed exterior framing, windows, roofing and siding to help this client get to the interior phases he wanted to perform himself. Our wide range of in house skills allow us to tailor your contract to maximize your construction budget while saving you money for portions you may want to do yourself. He also appreciated the additional advice we gave to help him with the overall scope of the project.

Gary & his crews are great to work with. Really knowledgable, down to earth & personable.....and all at a fair cost :)
Response by ACS - Seattle, LLC: Although only asked to look at foundation, our in house wide range of services enabled this client to use us to excavate, frame, roof, install windows and doors, install exterior trim and deck, insulation, drywall and painting. This saved him the time and frustration of hiring several trades to complete his project. After proving our capabilities in the exterior phases, this client enlisted us to help him complete the interior work, enabling him to complete the project much faster so his family can enjoy the new space. Having our crews perform the larger tasks of your addition will allow you to complete your project on time and on budget
