George is very personable and did a wonderful job. He doesn't cut any corners and made sure everything was throughly checked. He provided us with a full binder that was well detailed and separated by each room of the house. He then took the time to go over the entire book explaining everything he did. The inspector was on time, very thorough, and did a really good job for a reasonable price. He even went as far as to call me a couple of days after the inspection to point out something in the report that he had forgotten and to see if I had any questions on the report.

George was fantastic! He is extremely thorough and he took the time required to inspect every aspect of the house. He was patient and explained not only what was in the inspection but made recommendations for what we should do to maintain the house. We feel very comfortable that we received an excellent service. He is not one to do a quick scan and move on. He takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him and do tell his future customers that they should allow plenty of time for him to do a great job.
