Promptly responded within 5 minutes of me hanging up the phone with HomeAdvisor. Immeidate attention was given to setting up an inhome estimate to repair or replace a GFCI outlet in the bathrooms. The apointment was scheduled in for same-day service (actually it was only 2 hours after my initial phone call). The service tech arrived on time. Checked a few things to confirm the problem. Made a few phone calls to double check with his boss to ensure correct cost estimating. The tech was a little inexperenced, thus the reason for the 4 stars, but otherwise he was very customer friendly and was polite. Cost was a little high.

ADJ was great. They had to repair a shotty wiring job another electrical company did earlier this week. Tech showed up on time, gave us a great price and did an efficient job. I will be using them again in the future.

Allan changed his schedule around to fit within my timeframe and was very flexible with what I wanted to have done. ADJ is very responsive if something doesn't work quite right or you want things done a little differently. I was very happy with my experience.
