Everyone was very nice and they cleaned up after each days work, but their "dust" mitigation was insufficient and I was covered in Drywall dust throughout my home, required days of deep cleaning (drove my Alergies through the roof!). I expected some dust, but not this much. Was surprised the room didn't receive a total skim-coat since I asked for smooth walls (my other rooms were skimmed coated as a matter of routine). It looked great, but detail work (like plug/switch boxes and doorways) wasn't up to par and required me to re-cutting doorways to get the drywall to lay flat. Price was ok, but not the best. Overcharged on supplies.

I even email you the quote before you hire my Company. also when you ask for smooth finish means that all joints,angles etc.. will be smooth. now that you want me to skimmed the entire walls and ceilings that's different: the name of that is: level Five and We didn't charge for level five. We did a nice smooth finish. and I will post picture how this bathroom looks after we prime,point up,sanding and re-primed.look's great

As inconvenient as popcorn removal can be, the guys worked very hard and very quickly so the inconvenience was minimal. They were very friendly and professional. Everyone who has seen our ceilings have been amazed by how good they look!

Do not hesitate to hire Santos and his crew! He just finished a multiroom ceiling sheetrock and painting project for me. They were here for 7 days in a row and only took breaks for lunch! They are prompt, clean, professional, diligent, detail-oriented, flexible (I tend to make irritaing changes in the middle of the job), quiet (no blaring jam box) and polite. Although they cleaned up each day and laid and hung plastic everywhere, expect some dust! It's just unavoidable with sheetrock. This was an extremely pleasant experience - no nonsense, no hidden fees. Santos is always accessible and responsive. A job well done! Thanks guys!
