I called them them this morning to fix our broken glass shower door and Alex showed up in the afternoon. He finished the job in about 20 min and was super friendly. I highly recommend AG Glass Sales & Service.

He came that day which was good, he charged me $75.00 to adjust the door, put a plastic sweep on the bottom of the door and apply a bead of silicone. The leaking still exists and I'm out the $75. I called back to see if something else could be done but he said he could not do the kind of repair necessary to stop the leaking.

Response by AG Glass Sales & Service, Inc.: I informed them that the base was not installed right, and they need a tile person to fix it. The base is tilted out, not in. I was willing to go back and do more adjustment. But they decide to wait.

The 'owner', Alex was very nice but really did a very unprofessional job. He cut the rubber strip on my shower door 'free hand' with a razor blade and it became a squiggly line. He was trying to smake one section smaller so my steam shower door would shut properly. I have spent so much money trying to make my bathroom look really nice and he comes in and makes it look extremely sloppy. He told me there is nothing he can do to resolve it and had the nerve to try and charge me full price. Extremely dissappointed. He also told me that replaceing the rubber strip is too much work and probably won't turn out as nice as this one. Unbelievable!

Response by AG Glass Sales & Service, Inc.: I want to thank you for your honest oppinion. My job was to clear the door and make it open proberly and part of the repair I had to cut the rubber to make the door a smooth. The job was done and I was not paid in full as I asked. I asked for just $75.00 and I got $50.00. In this case I did not cover the lead charge eaither my trip and my time. My charges are very Low not looking to get rich with kind of jobs. in addition what you forget to mention is that I bought a new rubber strip and I deliver it personally to add to my lost. I wish I can make everyone happy for what he/she pay for. Thanks again for your business.
