Aaron called back promptly, showed up when expected, was courteous and pleasant, came with an assistant to quicken process, described problems clearly, sent a nice report as stated time. Only gave a 4 for price because same price as all others, not cheaper.

I would definitely recommend this service. Aaron brought along a masonry expert because I wanted him to examine some issues with wall cracking, in case he was needed. (He was not). Aaron quickly and expertly detected underlying causes of the situation and prescribed actions I should take to correct them. He even prescribed an elegant solution to a long term roof issue (cricket roof behind wide chimney) that my roofer should have suggested 5 years ago, but did not.

Aaron called me within an hour of submitting a request, even during the holiday week. He was very thorough in his explanation over the phone, explained his role, allowed me time to discuss/explore other options. Upon my return phone call, he was able to quickly schedule an appointment within my time frames. He arrived on time, did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it, and I had a thorough report in my e-mail inbox the same date of service. We are awaiting test results to complete the data collection, but Aaron has been very professional, thorough and informative.
