Came out after 5 and I wasn't charged overtime. I was without my dryer for four days so I was in a bind. Luckily, he had the part that I needed and didn't have to wait another day. Was fast and professional.

Fixed problem ourselves after two calls out to our home

Response by At Home Appliance Repair, Inc.: The customer is correct. However she neglects to explain that the technician had told Mr. L to call him back if the adjustment he had made to the dryer didn't work and explained to Mr. L what other repairs he could do. We always do the most affordable repair first. Mr. L took it upon himself to do the repairs. The repair charges where reimbursed to the customer. The cust also neglects to tell of a washer that was diagnosed as well. I invite any potential customer reviewing our performance record to look at all 132 reviews in this site, then make a decision whom to call.

My service experience was great. Rick, the technician, was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained exactly what the issue was with my dryer, and did a great job with the repair. I felt comfortable from the beginning until the end. My dryer is running great, and I will be recommending At Home Appliance to family and friends.
