James was very professional and courteous. Did a neat job. Had one blind blade that was off, and he said he would order a new one and be back out within two weeks to change it out. Job was done when he stated it would be.

He gets a 10 out of 10 rating, for product and service. Our experience was phenomenal. The quality we got was great; we had him accommodate our 2 boys bedrooms with new treatments. Jim is sharp and timely and our Contractor of choice.
