A Plus did a good job repairing my back doors. They were a little pricey considering the time spent on the project. But overall I am very happy with the service received.

Our service was pleasantly expidetied by the use of a very prompt answer to our call and by sending a picture message of our problem. In addition, by using the site, the provider had our contact info and address so I didn't have to repeat my information. This was a very nice change of pace from most phone interactions with other repair services. Lastly, repair was done quickly on the same day.

Door lock was working when he arrived, I failed to try the new keys in the lock with the door closed so my mistake. He only charged me half price ($65) for his gas and time.

Mark was on time and as professional as I've seen. I had my front entry doors repaired and he spotted the problem quickly. Fixed it while wasting no time, and knew exactly what he was doing. Customers don't get to see service and quality like this much lately.
