They came out and bid it in a timely manner. Did the work, they did miss a couple days when they said they would be there. However, the end product was great. Bert was very easy to work with and always got back in a timely manner

None of the work proceeded to my satisfaction. They did not know how to fix the pool cracks at all. They did not cut the rusted re-bar adequately and who knows what was to be done to finish the open cuts. They did not clean the old thin set, grout, silicon, and even left parts of old tiles in place claiming it was all to be taken care of during tile setting and the plastering the pool. I found out, and they admitted having no experience installing glass tiles they knew I wanted to install. I hired two other contractors to install tiles, perform more chip out, fix the cracks properly, and to install the plaster. What a difference.

Response by A-Plus Pool Service, LLC: This customer wanted indoor bathroom tile installed that is not meant to be outside. We decided not to work with this customer.

Had pool drained and acid wash done and it looks terrible now

These guys were great! We were not at all confident that the acid wash would be successful due to extreme staining on the plaster and tiles. Turns out they removed it 100% and left my pool looking like brand new (it is 22 years old). I was so impressed that I have since hired A-Plus Pool Service for weekly pool and spa cleaning service. Thanks! Jack Corson.
