Friendly guy. Got to us quickly. Worked around a problem with installing our new tank by suggesting electric rather than gas to avoid a downward running flue.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
His service was fine; he kept it simple and was helpful in answering my questions. He didn't have to replace the water heater, all it needed was a new heating element. We set an appt to do some further work to improve how the water heater was set up in the past. A 4 is a very good rating .
