Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
A repair King was hired by us to fix our blown off shingles dur ot wind. Tehy told us that the color could not be matched due to it was over 8 years old. They came the first time and the shingles blew off two minutes after they left then the second time they came five days later to fix it. Now a year later they are blowing off again. Poor workmanship and quality. Very disappointed.

I think they did a good job but of course I did not go on the roof myself. It seems a little expensive for a job that took less than an hour, but I have an appointment with an insurance adjuster to do the whole roof. A Repair King person is supposed to participate in this.

Very professional, explained the repair before starting, encouraged me to view the process as the repair was talking place. Cleaned up area when done. Provided 3 month guarantee that repair would work. Had large rainstorm a few days after repair was completed and had no leak! Would definitely use them again.

They did just what they said they woukd do ! even more like paintig the chimmney, the clea up was 100% they are the firm to do business with.

Hard working crew that came out and estimated the job, liked the price and they were able to repair it quickly. They gave me a 3 month warranty also! Just need to see if makes it through the rain...

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
Gave a start date when they took half payment but then did not start for over a week, I called every day and they had excuses each day.They said we are done and wanted the remaining payment - I saw that they had not done the work on replacing the hail damaged counterflashing. They said they would complete the next working day and took the check with the understanding not to cash it till the work was done. Check got cashed and did not return the next working day. Finally they did return but counterflashing and shingles were not replaced as per contract but a fascia strip put on top of damaged existing one.

Also, we repaired your flashing as per contract. Please be sure you understand your contract. I understand that you are not from this country and perhaps there was a communication breakdown, but if you were unsatisfied, you could have asked for a refund, that clause is in your contract as well. Sorry for the confusion.
