Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
I was pleasantly surprised by the value received. I originally called for one problem, but Aalcon found a bigger problem, but it didn't break the bank. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Project: Brick or Stone Tuck-Pointing
I chose this company because the owner, who either did or directly supervised all the work, came out to do the estimate and stuck with the job all the way through. He communicated regularly on the project, even though I was away traveling for part of the time and the quality of the work -- and clean up -- was excellent. Some of my neighbors had already hired him for other work before he was done with my project.

Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
We hired Aalcon after receiving multiple proposals ($3k-18k+) to fix cracks in our home’s foundation. Jim proposed tuck-pointing the cracks and drilling holes in some blocks and filling them with concrete to strengthen the areas. He said the cracks didn’t impact the home’s integrity, but to ease our minds said we could hire a structural engineer to inspect the foundation. The engineer essentially concurred with Jim’s assessment and solution. We were extremely pleased with Aalcon’s work. We found Jim to be honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Thanks to Aalcon our problem is gone and we saved thousands of dollars (final cost was $3k!)

Very responsive and even added some topsoil where needed around the sidewalk at no extra charge when finished. I'm very happy with the overall experience and how easy it was to work with Aalcon
