We'll use them again! Keith was courteous and helpful on the phone. He was on-time for our appointment. He charged me exactly what he told me on the phone. He explained what he had done to fix the problem and what had caused it, but then he also tightened the rest of the bolts on the garage door and gave it a little tune up at no extra charge. He worked really fast. Also, when I spoke with other service providers, they didn't tell me what they charged, but did not offer to beat A&K's price. Very satisfied!

Keith called me with 5 minutes of requesting a quote at 10:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. He quoted me $160.00 to replace both springs and we arranged to schedule the repair early morning Monday. He called 30 minutes out and arrived at 8:30 and completed the work in about a half hour. He was very professional and wrote the guarantee on the statement which was the same price as quoted. I was very pleased with the promptness, efficiency and professionalism Keith displayed throughout. I would recommend him for any garage repair work.
