I've had the opportunity of seeing him grow, both, personally and professionally, excelling in customer service. Regarding budget and cost, he will match it, or he will justify it. No hidden agenda, if something comes up, un-expected he will take the hit; not out to just make the big buck; he aims to please. I own many rental properties, my personal home (I'm a very critical person) ; he's done work for all of them ! Personable, computer savvy, prompt to keep schedules; and courteous enough to always call with any delays or issues; ever so reliable. Ask me how many times I've recommend him, I CAN'T COUNT ........TOO MANY Top Notch
