I chose to work in this industry because I come from a long line of carpenter/joiners ..200 ys. plus.

I love working in Suburban / rural areas because most all of my work is located within smaller neighborhoods .

We started in this industry in 1986.

Chris has been a real professional; a true man of his word. The work was done just as requested, his quote was thousands less than a competitor and we are extremely pleased with the final results.

he worked till the job was done. i would get him to do future improvements to my home.

Response by Absolute Construction: It was a real pleasure to work for Ms.T .She had needed some work on her entrance thresh seal ,where there was a small wheelchair ramp .I installed a new door seal and thresh plate ,as well as some adjustments to the sweep .I also installed a new sweep on her exsisting storm door ..It should make a huge difference in her heating/cooling bill,not to mention keeping out the " creepy crawlers" this summer :)I have been rehired to level some floor sagging in her home .I am looking forward to helping her fix whatever issues that may come about in the future as well ..

They were nice to deal with and have done a good job. We will probably employ them again in the future to do some more work for us.

Response by Absolute Construction: We had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Parks while remodeling his foyer and hall..Now he has also hired my company for a den remodel(chair rail ,baseboard),and front porch remodeling(new handrails,etc.)..I feel that we`ve begun a great bussiness relationship for years to come...

Works was good and nicly priced

Response by Absolute Construction: This was a deck with a screened patio beneath it. It was built on the side of a cliff leading into the back of the home.This is where we installed their hot tub as well..Just outside the entrance of the patio we installed a flagstone walk way leading along the cliff to the parking area..

Response by Absolute Construction: The homeowners were extremely pleasant to my crew and myself.We had painted their existing uncoated tin roof with a forest green,wich added a richness to its cedar log construction..We were very pleased with the overall experience and hope to be involved with their future construction needs.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

We agreed on one price, and Chris asked my wife for more money than we had agreed to while I was out of town. The deck that he did looks nice -- I was satisfied with that work. However, t The painting job had patches above the door frames that were left unpainted with blue paint showing through -- looks very bad. I called him about fixing this, and he agreed to do so, and came on one day but didn't phone and I didn't know he was at the door. He agreed to come back but then did not return my phone calls for a full week. Also, there was a brass outlet cover missing after he finished the paint job. He seems to be a very nice guy, but by not returning my calls, refunding the over-charge, or fixing the poor painting job, I would have to rate this company as very poor.

Response by Absolute Construction: The paint was supplied by Mr.Davis per his request.The amount supplied was not the amount recommended.He was unavailable when the work was done.I used the amount supplied.The price for a room was explained that "if"the wallpaper was in good enough condition it could be painted over It was not.I explained to his wife, that it needed to be removed and prepped before painting.She agreed to price.

They notified us of their arrival time in advance and were here on time. Their work was quite satisfactory. They evaluated the condition of the doors that needed repair, quoted reasonable costs, and completed the work in a timely manner. They were very professional.

Response by Absolute Construction: These home owners were in need of a new front entrance door with (2) half side lites.There existing doors(double steel doors w/flush bolts)were warped and didn`t allow any light in,as well as (3)other existing doors needing seal work and (2)garage door seals.The home should be alot less "drafty" this winter season.The home owners were very pleased with our performance and assured us of future proj

Response by Absolute Construction: This homeowner had some rotten floor joists under her rear entrance door ,where the deck was improperly attatched to house ..We removed,and replaced all damaged areas,replaced existing doors (water damaged)with an elegant set of french doors.They were some of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of working for..We hope to be included in there future home improvement projects..
