They arrived 30 mins. later than anticipated however, it did not present a problem for us. They were friendly and eager to learn what we expected of them. The house looked wonderful when we arrived home and I would definitely hire them again to clean my house.

Response by Absolute Sparkle Household Services, Inc.: Since timing is such a big factor in our busines, we give customers a time frame from which we will be there in anticipation of traffic, other services that a previous customer might want that was not anticipated or just any unforseen delay that might occur. In this instance I gave the customer a time frame from 12 to one and we arrived at 12:30. We try our best to stay on schedule.

The job was a difficult one. A lot of elbow grease needed. Terry and her crew came through with flying colors. She had a great "can do" attitude. She was flexible with the pricing which was appreciated. If, in the future, I have a similar situation, I would call her with out hesitation.
