Carpet looks great now. Acclaim discussed several options and really took the time to explain. Really reasonable people, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Definitely would call again.

Acclaimed was very responsive. We spoke by phone on a Tuesday evening, and the work was done the next day. The owner called 30 minutes before arriving and completed the work quickly. This was a relatively small job to install padding and seal a carpet seam in a 10 ft. x 3 ft. area in our basement. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the work was well done. A good value and great service. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Excellent job: I would use them again and would recommend them. Initial contact was by phone. Very courteous and responsive in terms of meeting my schedule. The job was well done and they explained exactly what they did. The final job was in line with their telephone estimate. What sets them apart is that they are very upfront about their 2-year warranty (other firms offered 1 year when I asked).

I was completely satisfied with the result. I had been looking at a stain in my carpet for 2 years and had not been successful in having it removed, but it is almost completely gone now!

They did a wonderful job. I had obtained a much lower bid for the carpet stretching portion of the job, but that company doesn't clean carpets,-- so I decided to go with Acclaimed Home Solutions for the time-saving convenience. Though their prices were high, they did a very good job overall. Price was the only reason I did not give them top rating in every category.

He did the best he could getting the fingernail polish out, but in the end I'm still left with a 5" spot that lighter than the carpeting and is very obvious. Now I need to get someone who can match the color or insert a patch. ????
