Ahmed provided one of the best service experiences I have had. He was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive and following through on everything he promised. He was able to fix a major problem with an AC unit, working extra hours to get it repaired and making several house calls in the process. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.
