Project: Modify a Space to Accommodate a Disability
Mr. Rivit arrived as scheduled and understood exactly what my goals were for the house. We did a full tour and he is truly extremely knowledgeable about re-fitting for handicapped elders, which is the purpose of the construction. In mid 2010 we will be doing everything from moving walls to create ramps to blowing out vents for greener air and heating. His full understanding of the special needs of elders as well as future saleability of the property was an extremely refreshing encounter and I look forward to his handling the entire job.

Gary was a very good guy to work with. He didn't over promise and under deliver. When he said they were going to work--they worked. The folks he works with were very good, considerate and performed well. We will be using him and his team for future projects after we "refill" the bank account.

Ace F & W did a great job, but cost more than I was expecting. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary to a friend, but would also recommend they shop around IF price were a dominant buying motive. After the initial job, I received an estimate from Ace for a second job.
