P.S. We rushed him and he made time for us! They did an exceptional job! A job we thought would have taking a few hours was done in about 30 minutes! They also beat the price of several competitors! Thanks again! We passed our inspection and got our license because of their help!

The locksmith was great. Very courteous and quick. I was available earlier than expected for my appointment, so when I called to see if he could come early...he arrived within 15 minutes! I was only displeased with the "call charge". I thought it was a bit excessive. If I would have known the call charge ahead of time, I would have made arrangements to take the locks to them.

Service was quick and friendly. The only thing was that I was quoted $48 to unlock the door and I was charged $58. I didn't question it, because the service was great.

Excelent work, he even found a number of flaws that the builder (Centex) made, like the fact that the builder pins where not removed from the locks and lock sites not bored out.

We were in the process of installing a new door. The installer was having problems with installing the new lock. I called Action Locksmith Service and asked them to come that Saturday afternoon because we would not be able to lock our door at night. They agreed, but before they got here, the carpenter was able to install the lock. I called Action Locksmith back to cancel my call. They were very pleasant and thanked me for calling. I will call on them again because of their cordial attitude.
