I had a new faucet installed with a new sink; we learned that the pipes were set too high to use my existing garbage disposal. My plumber did some careful research and worked with me to find the most cost-effective solution to this problem; we ultimately installed a smaller disposal, so that we would not have to re-plumb the entire sink (or forgo a disposal completely).

Quick response. What I thought was the problem turned out to be something completely different, but they looked at the other possibility first and saved me $50. Only complaint is to access the plumbing they had to move a piece of furniture, but neglected to put it back for me, so I had to struggle with it myself.

They returned my call within a couple of hours. I had an appointment set up for a rental property. They worked directly with the tenants, came to the property, and completed the job at the cost they said. Tenant says leak has stopped and has no complaints.
